DO YOU DO SAME DAY REPAIRS?

YES. Most repairs are completed ‘on-the-spot’; however some circumstances you may require you to leave your device in the shop overnight. Please ensure contact details are correct so we can get in touch if required.

DO I NEED TO BACK UP MY DATA (IF POSSIBLE)

YES. We always recommend regular back up practices.  Please ensure all important information has been backed up safely prior to having repair work undertaken.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal data and the consequences of that loss.

DO YOU SOURCE HIGH QUALITY PARTS?

Yes we source OEM screens as standard. We do have an affordable High Grade copy option on selected iPhone models.

*OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturer specification are parts that are aftermarket items but built to the same quality specifications as the original part.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S WRONG WITH MY DEVICE?

THAT’S OK –TALK IT THROUGH WITH OUR TECHNICIAN.
Sometimes it is not possible to diagnose all underlying issues before giving initial quote (e.g. motherboard damage).

If in extreme cases it is found that the device is severely damaged &/or has more complicated underlying problems, it may be deemed “irreparable” in which case you will be notified ASAP. Standard Diagnostic fee ($40) still applies.

WILL MY WARRANTY BE AFFECTED?

Most repair works will void manufacturer’s warranty obligations, however do we offer 3 months (90 days) warranty on all parts (does not include water damage).  Please note devices may no longer be guaranteed as waterproof/resistant.

DO YOU REPAIR WATER DAMAGED DEVICES?

Liquid damage’ repairs are complicated, time consuming & often futile type of repair & significantly increased risks of full system failure or other problems over time.  Therefore at this time we are not undertaking repairs on any devices with ‘liquid damage’ unless full consent is given to release all liability.
